GX-06 · Financial management
Most contractors find out how a job went about six weeks after it finished. By then the only thing you can do about it is feel bad. Graftix builds the financial picture as the work happens.

Project financials with cost codes and committed spend
2400 × 1350
Where the numbers come from
Material spend comes from the kit claimed against tasks. Labour comes from the attendance and estimates already recorded. Nobody keys anything twice, which is exactly why the figure is current rather than a month behind.

Portfolio financials across every live project
1600 × 1000
Across the business
Every contractor has one project quietly subsidising the rest and one that everybody assumes is fine. Portfolio financials put all of them on one screen so the assumption gets tested rather than repeated.
The real leak
Almost nobody loses money on the work they priced. They lose it on the work they did without pricing: the extra camera, the moved door, the three rooms added verbally at second fix. Every one of those is recoverable if it was recorded, and gone if it was not.
