Who does the work
Setup and support are delivered by Echo\Thirteen, the team behind Graftix — 20+ years of hands-on fire, security, electrical, data and AV installation and commissioning, on live sites, to programme.
That matters more than it sounds. Somebody who has stood in a riser at seven in the morning knows why a task register needs to be structured by trade, what a commissioning sheet has to prove, and which shortcuts cost you at handover. You are not being onboarded by a call centre reading a script.
How it is contracted
Your Graftix subscription is one thing: £40 a month plus VAT, cancel any time, every module included. Setup and support are a separate piece of work, quoted and invoiced on their own terms.
You are never obliged to buy either to get the other. The product is built to be set up without us, and most teams will not need to.

Your Graftix subscription is provided by Echo Thirteen Capital Ltd (company number 15053443), trading as GRAFTIX, under the Graftix Terms and Conditions. Setup, implementation and support services are contracted and invoiced separately, under their own terms, and are not part of your Graftix subscription.
