Every client eventually asks where the job is up to. Most contractors answer with a phone call, a spreadsheet, or a photo of a laptop screen. Graftix builds the document for you, from the work your engineers already recorded.
What goes in
A progress report for a main contractor and a handover pack for a client are not the same document. Rather than shipping one fixed template, the report is assembled from what you tick.
The mini-map
A list of completed tasks is a list. A list where every entry shows a thumbnail of the drawing with the pin marked is evidence. The person reading it can see where the work is without knowing the building.
Templates and sending
Most reporting is the same report, repeated. Save the configuration as a template and re-run it whenever you need it, or have it emailed straight to the people who asked.
